We give you a full 30 days to try our products out and ensure you are satisfied. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product for FREE (U.S. customers only) within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Conditions: The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
2. Free Returns: We will supply a return label (U.S. customers only). Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay for return shipping costs.

Here’s what you need to know when you order from us:

1. Free Shipping: Orders over $89 are eligible for free shipping (U.S. customers only).
2. Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday.
3. Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 11 am MST ship same day.
4. Shipping Location: 
   - Orders ship directly to you from our headquarters in Rexburg, Idaho.
5. Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships.
6. P.O. Boxes:
   - U.S. customers must select "USPS Advantage"
   - International customers must select "UPS Mail"
7. International Orders: Customs fees or duties may be charged upon delivery. If applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
